At the centre of the exhibition sits an installation of 24 rotating panels each of which will be dedicated to one artist or platform. This section focuses on the work of artists, creators and platforms who have pioneered the Crypto Art space and who have laid the foundations for new artistic concepts and standards.
A seed phrase is a series of 12 or 24 randomized words pulled from a 2048 word list, generated by a crypto wallet when it is set up. It acts as the crypto wallet’s unique password aka private key. The seed phrase allows the owner to (re-)gain access to their crypto wallet and to transact the digital assets such as crypto currencies or NFTs it holds. The seed phrase is essentially the key to any user’s sovereign blockchain address, digital possessions and web3 activities.
This section focuses on the work of artists, creators and platforms who have pioneered the Crypto Art space and who have laid the foundations for new artistic concepts and standards. Their individual works are arranged on three massive wooden turnstile wall structures, creating 12 segments | 24 panels. Each segment holds markers and key works for the Crypto Art movement and each rotation of an enclosure creates a new constellation. By opening up new points of view and interacting in the composition of new framing, visitors can use 24 SEEDERS as the starting point of their own research journey. Im Zentrum der Ausstellung steht eine Installation aus 24 rotierenden Paneelen, die jeweils einer Künstlerin, einem Künstler oder einer Plattform gewidmet sind.
Ein Seed-Phrase ist eine Reihe von 12 oder 24 zufällig ausgewählten Wörtern aus einer Liste von 2048 Wörtern, die bei der Einrichtung einer Krypto-Wallet generiert werden. Er dient als eindeutiges Passwort für die Krypto-Wallet, auch als privater Schlüssel bezeichnet. Der Seed-Phrase ermöglicht es dem Besitzer, (wieder) Zugang zu seiner Krypto-Wallet zu erhalten und die darin enthaltenen digitalen Vermögenswerte wie Kryptowährungen oder NFTs zu handeln. Der Seed-Phrase ist im Wesentlichen der Schlüssel zur souveränen Blockchain-Adresse, zum digitalen Besitz und zu den Web3-Aktivitäten eines jeden Nutzers.
Diese Sektion konzentriert sich auf die Arbeit von Kunstschaffenden, Kreativen und Plattformen, die im Bereich der Krypto-Kunst Pionierarbeit geleistet und den Grundstein für neue künstlerische Konzepte und Standards gelegt haben. Ihre individuellen Werke sind auf drei Drehkreuzen mit massiven hölzernen Wandkonstruktionen angeordnet, wodurch 24 Wand-Paneele entstehen. Jedes Segment enthält Markierungspunkte und Schlüsselwerke der Krypto-Kunst-Bewegung, und jede Drehung eines Kreuzes kreiert eine neue Konstellation. Die Besuchenden können 24 SEEDERS als Ausgangspunkt für ihre eigene Recherchereise nutzen, indem sie neue Blickwinkel einnehmen und sich an der Entstehung eines neuen Settings beteiligen. Alle sind eingeladen, ihre eigenen Wege und Zugänge zu diesem neuen Paradigma in der Kunst zu finden. DYOR!
